Media Arts

The Media Arts program works with students to develop their creative abilities, particularly as they relate to making art using photography and videography. The courses cover a wide variety of processes, techniques and information - from creating flyers and graphics to editing video material. Students engage in media through a social justice lense, creating films that reflect and represent current and historical trends.  Students also learn music production.  The classroom is equipped with a recording studio and editing software that allows students to make beats and record their own original songs.
